Hi I am Juliette from Malaysia.  I thought I better write something about me in the blog and share my training/events and how it is going. I did my Mt Kota Kinabalu challenge in Malaysia a month ago. It was challenging, tough and I couldnt walked for days after. I am glad I did it and feel really on top of the world for achieveing it.  However after the climb, work has got very hectic I havent had a chance to exercise as much as I would like to. I am trying to fit in all and it is becoming increasingly challenging. After work I have to prepare my flyers for fund raising, writing emails to sponsors, media, magazines hoping to get an intereview. It has kept me awake till wee hours in the morning trying to get it done. I get such a joy when I completed it but when I dont, I feel I can never corssed out my to do list and it just gets postponed. Arrgh not a nice feeling.Today being a sunday I get to go out and run for the 1st time in a week I am feeling on top of the world until the aches and pains sets in 48 hours later. I hope I would have more days like this where I feel so productive. Here is a photo of me in the gym trying to push more weights and being absolutely flat out .

Re: In Training

Juliette, I hope that your training has your legs strong and fit for this exciting journey. All you girls will have shared many stories already and enjoyed seeing another culture with clothing food and scenery. I hope that you have a wonderful experience. All the very best to you.
