I have to say that I was a little anxious boarding the plane in Townsville. The idea of heading to Sydney to meet the other girls was exciting and nerve racking all at the same time. When I finally arrived in Sydney and meet Chloe and Renee for the first time, the reality of whole trip to Peru hit me.

I found out that I was going to be a part of the GoT team in early March, and since then I have not stopped - work wise. My feet have hardly been on the ground and my time has been very compressed. Soooooooo..... when it came to the topic of how each of us were going to raise the money, I was a little scarce in detail. I had an idea in my head, but I had not found the time to turn it into a reality.
Renee picked Chloe and I up from the airport and we made the trip to Bundeena... finally we arrived at Jades place.  Meeting Jade and the rest of the girls for the first time was awesome. Here were the girls that I was about to commit a month of my life to in a journey that was bigger than the words on this page can capture.
The weekend went off perfectly. We all got along really well, and opened up to each other about our fears and concerns without reservations. And there was so much love and happiness in the air!!! Everyone was eager to help each other out and talk through issues. Even the freezing cold temperatures didn't seem to dampen our spirits.!!
I came away from the wkend, excited and motivated to the max!!! I loved all of the girls I meet and learnt so much about myself  - and we hadn't even left the country yet. Jades facilitated some very important and soul searching topics. Her ability to guide us through our thoughts and feelings, and help us out with our Events was fantastic.
I cant wait to get to Peru!! "

Re: Here is my blog

NNaatt, I must admit, I was directed to your blog by a friend (female) who noticed the caribous on your page. However the more I read the more I am fascinated. I take it the pics of you at the back of the Caribou were in PNG (there's a pretty handsome guy in the same photo). I am very impressed and will keep an eye on further developments. Good luck Nat. Take care.

It is exciting! I'm so sorry I missed the team weekend, and I can't wait to met you all in August :)
