well. the rain is the runs that 3 of us have, the altitude sickness that 2 of us have and the chest colds... and the sore legs that comes from using muscles we are not used to exercising so regularly. altitude sickness totally sucks ass. i just keep telling myself it will pass. it can be hard to think past the nausea, dizziness and throbbing constant headaches... but i admit, today i am feeling better so i must be getting used to it. and it is passing. thank god the only thing constant is change!!
so i admit it has been challenging connecting with 4 women i had never met before monday. it´s one of those situations where you just have to trust. i guess those are the times when i grow the most. it is tough trusting people i don´t really know but at the end of the day it helps instill that basic truth i believe deep down that humans are basically good people. so far the girls in the team have not let me down!! yay for the human race! and sunshine.
well it is 8.28am and we are leaving at 8.30 for camp so i better get moving!. ciao! o, and by the way, the hills are spectacular and so are the people and the fresh air :)
