Girls on Top expeditions are an adventure in vision, motivation, self discovery & passion. Our Corporate project, Rise & Shine, brings the Girls on Top experience into the business community, giving organisations the opportunity to sponsor & support a member of their team on our fund raising expeditions. Her journey is a real life adventure in the realities of leadership, team skills, determinaton & integrity.

Rise & Shine creates a bridge between our everyday world of work, & those other worlds where we imagine ourselves daring to be extra-ordinary, to create change, challenge ourselves, to see a bigger picture and be part of a life that thrills, excites & brings out our best.

While climbing to the top of a mountain might seem a world away from a desk job, our expeditions teach that it's our daily experience - wherever we are - among opportunities, pressures, limits and challenges that we learn & develop skills, opinions, attitudes & beliefs which create our results & influence our experience of the world & its possibilities. Girls on Top tests, stretches and celebrates the skills of each team member, and those we find and develop on the way.

Selecting a staff member & sponsoring her through a Girls on Top expedition offers business an extraordinary way to motivate, energise & inspire staff, as well as other businesses, custumers or clients, & at the same time contribute to leadership in the community at large. It is a unique way for outstanding individuals to be rewarded & enriched in a truly life-changing way.

As part of our team, a sponsored climber will create, plan & deliver a fund raising event to add a target of $5 000 to our charity kitty for the year by drawing on her own passions & skills. She will identify ways to inspire the support of her colleagues & networks. She is challenged to take an adventure in imagination, planning, fund raising, media, public speaking & team work in preparation for the trials & insights of our high altitude journey through the magnificent mountains of our expedition.
